Danielle Harris
Chef Owner
Danielle Harris aka Chef DMH is a Cleveland native with a passion for food and beverage that bloomed at age 11. She began her formal culinary journey, like most chefs, as a dishwasher while in high school. After becoming a Sous Chef in her home state at the age of 19, Chef DMH worked under the guidance of Iron Chef Stephanie Izard, in one of Chicago's most high-volume restaurants. Now based in Washington, DC, she shares her passion and serves her customers at LFS Cafe & Almeda.
